About Hong Kong Restaurant:
The Hong Kong Restaurant has been owned and operated by Mike
and Lilian Chu in this same location since 1976. The building
has been expanded several times include banquet facilities
and the Bamboo Room Lounge.
Mike comes from a family of restaurateurs. His superb Chinese
culinary skills were acquired in Hong Kong and he has been
cooking since the age of 19. Executive Chef, Peter Zhou, received
his culinary training in China. To tantalize your palates,
we have searched the east and have brought to our restaurant
the best trained Chinese chefs. Our three assistant chefs
were trained in Taiwan and Beijing.
We specialize in authentic Cantonese, Mandarin, Szechwan
and Thai style cooking without added MSG. All of us in the
Hong Kong are proud of our product, our staff and our restaurant.
