The Hong Kong Restaurant has been operated in this same location
since 1976. The building has been expanded several times include
banquet facilities and the Bamboo Room Lounge. Executive Chef,
Peter Zhou, received his culinary training in China. To tantalize
your palates, we have searched the east and have brought to
our restaurant the best trained Chinese chefs. Our three assistant
chefs were trained in Taiwan and Beijing.
We specialize in authentic Cantonese, Mandarin, Szechwan
and Thai style cooking without added MSG. All of us in the
Hong Kong Restaurant are proud of our product, our staff and
our restaurant.
The Hong Kong Restaurant has been voted 6 years in the row
for one of the best Chinese restaurant in Central Oregon by
the reader polls at the Source Weekly magazine.
